All that waiting and suspense of finding out what's in the box is all for a (m a n g a) manuscript.... Bruh!!! (-__-",) Ofc with this show it's not surprising at all and should have been obvious.

Josh Kala • 1 year ago

I was thinking the same thing but then I forgot that this was the great king of terror's thing so despite being a regular manuscript. i mean how many lives still lost due to that manuscript and also maybe his home planet is immune but to others it's deadly

Archie Andrew's 1000 • 1 year ago

True

Axel Vargas • 1 year ago

It isn't deadly, though. They may be treating it as if it was, but the fact that everyone, particularly Nyandestar, is trying to save the frozen people means that there's a way to unfreeze them, and I really doubt they would unfreeze them just to find them dead

Josh Kala • 9 months ago

ok late reply here so my mistake its like they are in a long coma

Josh Kala • 1 year ago

this is before i had know they are in a frozen/statis that they do not age

Axel Vargas • 1 year ago

So? My comment is also from before I knew how the ice worked. I made that comment right after watching the episode

Josh Kala • 1 year ago

any way you right case closed :)

Comming that from Luke counterpart, it's kind of fitting.

Yep

Since the previous series and the random reveals, and the false suspense, and that almost everything that happened was taken as a joke; he was sure the same would happen with this one.

Although my theory was that inside the box there was a promotional card, the blue-eyed dragon or similar, a card to use a tuner summon, etc. In the end they used it as a joke.

Well, at least with the giant spaceship we know that at least there will be surprises in this show. In fact, the manuscript reveals that there is a connection with this world and that of the Seven. It is worth asking, is this Luke from Seven, or is he a version of an alternate world? And about Yuga. Is the one from the card company Yuga or is it the space Yuga, or is one the version from an alternate universe, or is it the same one who likes cosplaying? Is one of them the boys' father, or a distant uncle? Why doesn't he see his children?

I remember that there was a user who put a theory of the alternate universe... I don't know what to think anymore. Because in theory those of us who saw Seven understand the joke that this manuscript was, that even an entire saga was dedicated to it, so we assume that it is the same.

seeing this episode, suddenly i had the revelation, as luge is clearly a good person and the box was to cheer people, and when our MCs laughed at the manga, there was only 1 possibility

In the box was manga, a very bad joke, that just made people freeze, cus you know, a bad joke makes one cold XD

when it happened i was like, yep, i was right, something only this show would deliver XD

so i think if yuuhi and yuudias read the manga...as they found it funny...they wouldn freeze (?)

Tranqui1ity • 1 year ago

Is it free to read the novel?

Yuya Sakaki • 1 year ago

Do you think its Yuga or just alternate version, it can be yuga during timeskip haha

Hoshimiya Eiji • 1 year ago

While I believe that at this point It should be the Sevens Yuga I also do not see them above making it a variant. These last 2 yugioh shows thinks that lame plot twists are good writing

xdeltabitezx • 1 year ago

I remember once we discussed if the universe of this show was another version or an alternate universe of Seven, or if it was the future ot he last season.

Now, it looks like it could be both, because there are literally 2 yugas: the mechanic who works for Asana's company, and the one with the space suit. Unless it's the same one who likes to be a cossplayer (as another joke).

As recurring as they are at turning major plot points into "jokes" and Japanese puns, I wouldn't be surprised if they also minimize the impact of Yuga's discovery, the reveal of whether or not one of them is the boys' father, etc (or maybe he is a secret uncle, and that's why they don't miss him much).

I'm still not sure if this season's Luke is the one from the previous one, or a new one that either with Seven Yuga traveled across dimensions... the manuscript could be the one from the Lukeman story, and those of us who have seen Seven know what a joke that was.

Leave it to Bridge Yugioh to make the most stupid random shit. An uninteresting manga, I am not even surprised

Shmarfle • 1 year ago

The writers must be on some good drugs if they thought this was passable. Even I feel like the writing has taken a very notable downturn here. An uninteresting manuscript is the reason for the irreversible freezing? That's it?
Also, if Nyandestar's job was to steal the box after joining The Luge, why did she look into it? Actually, why does everyone keep looking into it? No one is even forcing them.

Inacio Burkle Maron • 1 year ago

They meant it as the manga having a cold gag so bad it freezes whoever reads it.

I never understood whom was Kirishima supposed to resemble from the first Generation of Yugioh? Bakura in his good guy form? His character is so basic, boring and ridiculous!

Is Zwijo going to duel at all in this tournament? I really want to see him taking someone down :(

Axel Vargas • 1 year ago

London is supposed to resemble Roa. Aside from having the same voice with the same way of speaking, they're both also the "pretty boy" with secret intentions + being a bit arrogant but still having a good side.

Is any character supposed to resemble the old YGO characters? Because it's pretty clear they're making them as counterparts of Sevens' characters

Ny3 • 1 year ago

I thought what was inside the box would be far more random given Go Rush's track record.

Duke • 2 weeks ago

LOL. Massive foreshadowing there having the Mutsuba card-making plant being the same ancient one that created Monster Reborn in Sevens.

EDIT: Even more foreshadowing by London using an old-fashioned cassette tape rather than a digital recording device.

Ascalibur • 1 year ago

I knew the thing that was gonna be in the box was gonna be something stupid, but the fact that it's an apparently 'uninteresting' manga is pretty funny.

oh so cold gag I see so simple nice
